Two profile sizes are available, 70mm x 30mm and 55mm x 55mm. Another very important feature of the fibreglass non slip nosings are that when they are installed, for new build applications and using the 55x55mm version you meet the requirements of the Building Regulations Part M.
Either profile size can be used to meet your obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act (The DDA), which asks that all step edges are slip resistant and contrasting in colour. The slip resistance is achieved by the profiles incorporating an aggregate on the top surface that is either coarse or fine, depending on your application.
